At Banner & Ledger, each item is made to order, so we only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, customer ordering mistakes, incorrect size or color selection, or normal wear from use or washing.
If your request is approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your order to help keep your item in good condition.
